Fruit is the most perfect food, spend a minimal amount of energy to be digested and gives your body the maximum return.

The only food that makes your brain work is glucose, fruit has fructose mainly (which can be easily transformed into glucose ) is mostly 90/95 % water. That means it is cleaning and feeding at the same time.

The only problem with fruit is that most people do not know how to eat them in order to allow the body to effectively use the nutrients.

We should always eat fruit on an empty stomach. Why?

The reason is that fruits are not normally digested in the stomach: are digested in the small intestine. Fruits pass quickly through the stomach, thence follow into the gut , where they release their sugars.
